COMPANY PROFILE
Facilitech Property Management Ltd is a 100% British Columbia owned and operated full service Property Management Company.
We have been serving the Vancouver Strata Market since our incorporation in 1994; a major part of our success is the fact we have chosen the buildings we manage with great care ensuring that they are geographically positioned for servicing.
We currently provide Strata Management to many properties throughout the lower mainland. These properties range from a 4 unit stratified mansion to a 450 unit mixed use high-rise.
We apply the latest business skills to all the services we provide. We can manage a whole building’s operations or lend our expertise to assist you in managing phases of your building, including offering financial only services.
We evaluate and manage all contracts including mechanical maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, security and can provide project management. Much of our success has been achieved through our ongoing review and evaluation of all contracts and the Building’s operations.
